About Us

Mission, Vision & Values

Why we exist, where we are headed, and how we treat neighbors, guests, and one another.

Mission

We Serve as a Conduit

Host outreach and service opportunities for mission groups of every size, and connect that energy to local churches, schools, community centers, rehab ministries, and families in Puerto Peñasco.

Vision

We Build Relationships

Build loyalty and trust so teams return, local partners know they can count on us, and families experience physical help and the love of God in word and deed.

Promise

We Handle Logistics

Your group should spend its week serving people, not hunting for lumber, translators, or a place to sleep. Whatever your experience, our staff will find meaningful work for every member of your group, from the youngest to the most seasoned.

Our Values

  • Dignity

Meals, clothing, and home repairs are offered in a way that honors neighbors — including a thrift model where a few pesos can still mean a fair exchange.

  • Local Leadership

Puerto Peñasco people set priorities. Visiting teams come alongside, not over, the community.

  • Independence

We are non-denominational. Church groups are welcome; we do not represent a single congregation.

  • Faithfulness Between Trips

Year-round meals, sports, Segunda, and construction prep matter as much as a high-energy mission week.

  • Transparency

Donors and churches should know how gifts become lumber, food, and staff care. See our financials page.

  • Whole-Person Care

Homes, meals, haircuts, school supplies, Bibles, transportation, and sports — practical love that points to God.
