Governance & Transparency

Oc3anView Ministry operates as a fully independent 501(c)(3) organization in the United States and as a Mexican nonprofit in Puerto Peñasco.

We believe in complete transparency with our partners and supporters, and this page introduces the leadership team entrusted with guiding our financial stewardship and humanitarian work. Our board meets online every month to review programs, finances, and priorities, so each decision is made with accountability and care.
